1. Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
• To request cancellation, email us at info@tresorsworld.com with your order details.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

• The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
• An incorrect product was delivered.

You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide clear photographic or video evidence of the issue.

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

• Minor external packaging damage.
• Change of mind after purchase.

3. Refund Process

• Email us at info@tresorsworld.com with your Order ID, issue description, and supporting images/videos.
• After verification, we may offer either:
  • A replacement product, or
  • A full refund to your original payment method.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

4. Return Shipping

If a return is required, our support team will guide you through the process.

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.
